Residents of the cash-strapped Kagisano Molopo Local Municipality in Ganyesa have shut down all operations at the Municipality.
According to information, residents are calling on National government to dissolve the dysfunctional Municipality.
This follows after the residents discovered huge amount of corruption at the Municipality.
